How We Operate
We’ve been around the block a time or two, so trust us when we tell you that we’ve got the Virtual Assistant team thing down to a science.
A beautiful and efficient science.
We think we deserve a Nobel Prize or something, our system is that great.
Anyway, we’ll talk about awards you can nominate us for later, all you care about right now is learning how we’re going to handle that stuff you need handled.
Here’s how working with our team works.
When you get in touch with us, you’ll talk to our fearless leader, Larissa before anything else happens. She’s the “Grand Poobah” around here. You know, she calls the shots and tells the rest of us what to do. In a nice way, mind you. She treats us really well. And that means she probably treats her clients (you) even better. (What? She’s going to be reading this? Crap.)
Anyway, you’ll talk to Larissa about what you need and she’ll decide which Project Manager you’ll be matched with, based on your unique needs and she’ll even factor in your personality. She’s very intuitive and an excellent matchmaker.
Now, when you’re matched with one of us, don’t go thinking that Larissa will just up and vanish on you. Sure, she likes her manicures and traveling to exotic places (must be nice) but she’s always on top of everything and she only does that stuff when she’s either all caught up. Just kidding, we were only checking to see that you’re paying attention. In all seriousness, we don’t really know how she does it but Larissa is able to keep her hand in everything that goes on here.
You’ll still be in close contact with Larissa as she’ll be developing and implementing the strategies needed to help you achieve your goals. She basically keeps us around to do the things for you because she wants you to have the best.
Other things you should know about how our team operates…
- We use a fabulous online collaboration tool to manage your projects and ensure we’re all on the same page.
- We have regular team calls to touch base and evaluate what’s working well about our arrangement
- If things aren’t working out with the Project Manager you were assigned, you just contact Larissa and she’ll either resolve the issue or match you with someone else.
- We don’t ask you to sign a contract in blood – there’s no commitment required.
