How We Roll
Our Policies are very simple. And if you don’t follow them, we will hurt you.
No, not really, but we might hire someone to rough you up a little.
Okay. In all seriousness, these are our rules. They are our rules, intended to keep us and our clients in line. If you have a problem with them then you either have issues with authority or you’re just a rotten person. Either way, you’re probably not a good fit for our lovable team.
Seven Winds Virtual Assistance Ground Rules
- We hereby promise to send you only bill per pay period for the excellent work our team of Virtual Assistants does for you.
- You have to pay the bills we send you when they’re due because that is how business is done, contrary to what many out there seem to think.
- We promise there is no formal commitment required on your part. We are not exchanging rings here or vowing to be together forever…some man may even put us asunder. Whatever. Point is if you don’t want to be locked in, that’s just fine.
- We will always tell the truth and we will never mislead you or do anything unethical. You wouldn’t believe what some people ask us to do. Some people’s children!
- Remember that saying, “you snooze you lose”? Well, if you’ve purchased a retainer and you don’t use up your hours within the month – that’s your problem, not ours. No rollovers. Sorry, but at some point we all need to take a bit of responsibility for our own actions.
- If you don’t get along with the Project Manager you’ve been paired with, we will put you both in a ring and do this cool UFC-inspired thing. No, not really. We only did that the once and we’re not supposed to talk about it anymore. If things aren’t working out, just give Larissa a shout and she’ll pair you with someone else.
- We will not take any crap from you and we will not tolerate abuse. You have to conduct yourself professionally and treat all of us like human beings. If you plan to dish it out, be prepared to take it.
- You have to promise not to view us as your peons or your subordinates. We are not your grunts, your slaves or your virtual lackeys. We are every bit as intelligent as you are and you must view us as your equal…your partner in crime…or this isn’t going to work. We left the corporate world to escape that attitude and as business owners we just won’t tolerate it. Cause we get to call our own shots.
- We promise not to do work we are not skilled to do.
10. We don’t like rush jobs. Sometimes we can make miracles happen, but we work better when we have time to do the job right. Please plan to plan if you plan to contact us!
