When you’re forced to step away from the work you love, the work you feel you were born to do…the work you can’t believe you get paid to do…when you step away from those aspects of your business to do something administrative in nature, it pretty much sucks.

Wedding Planning Services
Vendor Research. Let me compare the photographers and the florists and the venues for you. You have better things to be doing than poring over all those details online.
Creating processes. I can help you develop systems for your business so everyone knows how each bride will be dealt with from beginning to end. Wouldn’t it be great to have that documented and every process automated? Not only for yourself but for any team members you add to know exactly what needs to be done at each step of the way? How brilliant would that be!?
Buffer/bodyguard services. This is like virtual bodyguard stuff. Sometimes wedding planners can get overtaken by brides. I don’t want that to happen to you so I’ll teach you some boundary setting tricks and when all else fails, I’ll be your go-between. Buh-bye, bridezilla!
Follow up. I can touch base with potential brides, and keep your current clients in the loop. I’ll follow up with vendors and even grooms if you need me to. There’s so much back and forth with the follow up calls. You could spend all day doing that. But don’t. Allow me the pleasure!
Vendor management. I know how to manage operations with the publicist, florist, photographer, videographer and so on and so forth. Remember, I’ve planned weddings professionally. I’ve got this covered!
Leverage time and resources. I can be working on building that empire for you by overseeing the creation of all those product ideas you’ve had for ages! I’ll also take great pleasure in diversifying your marketing funnel. Look at me go!
Closing Sales with Brides
Customer Service. Do you ever wish you could hire an assistant to be your customer service department? Hello…that’s what I do! Let me respond to your customers’ inquiries, phone calls and emails. I’m very, very good at it. You can tell by how good my own customer service is. Stellar, really.
Shopping Cart Support. I have several nerds VAs up my sleeve, each skilled in shopping cart systems. Wouldn’t you love to completely outsource your shopping cart to someone? Let that someone be us!
System implementation. I know all about Ali Brown’s programs and Sherri McConnell’s systems. If you have a system or program from one of those big-time marketers that you want implemented in your business, I can handle that for you very easily. You paid the big bucks for that knowledge, don’t you feel dumb for not implementing what you learned? Cause you should. Just sayin’.
Personal Concierge. Wouldn’t it be nice to have someone send flowers to your mom on her birthday or make your restaurant reservations for you? Like Carrie had in the Sex in the City movie only you don’t have enough room in your house to put your own Louise or you don’t feel like you have enough money? It doesn’t cost that much, but wait until your friends hear you have your own personal concierge. I wish I could see the looks on their faces! Priceless.
