Private Label Services

When you want to expand your business…without getting bigger.

So…hypothetically speaking, let’s say there was this business owner who had a really healthy client base.

Say this business owner wanted to add more services to your their current offerings to differentiate, add value or maybe just to do more to help those loyal and trusting clients.

But maybe you this business owner is happy with the size and structure of their business just the way it is.

If this *ahem* make believe business owner came to us (um, are you paying attention to this little scenario? Just checkin’) to see if we had any advice, we would definitely turn them on to our totally amazing private label administrative services.

You: “Whoa. Hold the phone. What in the world do you mean by Private Label Administrative Services? Did you just make that up?”

Us: “We’re so glad you asked. Private Label administrative assistance is a pretty new concept, but our private label service works the same way as private label works in retail.

Let’s use potato chips as an example. Delicious, salty, crunchy potato chips. Does anyone else feel like a tuna sandwich? Oh sorry, where were we?

Right. Private Label. So some big company manufactures potato chips and sells private label rights to whoever wants them, to buy their chips and brand them as their own.

Almost every grocery chain has its own store brand of potato chips, but not all grocery chains actually manufacture their own. They just buy the rights to use someone else’s and brand them so they appear to belong to their chain.

Works the same way with our Private Label services. But we’re 100% fat free and more likely to prevent a heart attack than to cause one.

If you look through our huge list of administrative service offerings and wish you could offer some of them to your own clients, guess what? You can.

You just hire us to provide those services. We’ll be your top secret implementation team. Your little secret’s safe with us. We don’t have any reason to let the cat out of the bag because you’re paying us…as far as we’re concerned, you are the client.

And we like getting paid, so we try pretty hard not to piss off the customers.

Words to live by, dontcha think?

You: “Sounds good to me. But which of your administrative services can I label as my own? There must be a catch…”

Us: “Oh ye of little faith. You’re so cynical and jaded. Do you have trust issues? No doubt it’s your mother’s fault. Anyway, we digress. You can offer any of the services offered by Seven Winds Virtual Assistance under your own brand.

  • If you want to offer logo design services to the business start ups you work with, or data entry to the real estate agents you coach. Consider our graphic designer and transcriptionists your own.
  • Maybe you have clients who can’t write a blog post to save their life, or couldn’t write a coherent sentence if you paid them to. Our copywriter is your copywriter.

Let’s give you an example of how this private label thing can work.

You’re a business coach and one of your clients is struggling to keep on top of their paperwork. You can see that if they outsourced their administrative stuff, they’d be mentally freed up to focus harder on growing their business.

You tell your client you offer a handful of administrative services that could really help her focus on her business and bring in more money.

She’s excited about it because she knows and trusts you. You feel gratified because you’ll be able to help her even more. Plus, she gets such an amazing reception of your company that she’s referring you.

In the meantime, you’ve brought us up to speed on the project. Then we do it.

Your company will look huge because you’ll have given all of us Virtual Assistants email addresses with your company domain and we’ll doctor up our email signatures to make it look like we work for you.

Sounds sneaky, right? Private Label is sneaky, but not unethical.

You: “This sounds like something that could really help my business but I doubt if I can afford it. Sorry.”

Us: “Oh for Goodness sake would you stop being such a Doubting Thomas? We don’t charge any service fees, licensing fees or any other hidden fee of any kind.

You pay us our hourly rate and then charge your clients whatever amount strikes your fancy.

We could not possibly care any less how much you charge for the work we do. As long as you’re paying us we’re happy.

If we charge you $50 an hour, you can charge your clients $75 and make $25 per hour of pure profit.

Nice.

You: “You’re telling me I can enhance my customers’ experience with my business by offering more services and have passive income trickling in without lifting a finger? I want to know more!”

Us: “We’re happy you’ve come around. To find out more about our private label virtual assistance services, just give us a call and we’ll work out the details.
